I am a mental health and wellbeing consultant, therapist, and transformational coach with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of deep personal growth. My work brings together clinical psychology, psychotherapy and neuroscience with complementary approaches such as meditation, breathwork.

I have worked in mental health, wellbeing, psychology, and personal transformation for over 25 years — but the deeper motivation behind my work comes from the chapters of life I’ve had to overcome myself. I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed by responsibility, to lose yourself in caring for others, and to keep going long after your mind and body are asking you to stop.
