The story behind RenewEd

After nearly a decade as a headteacher, I left headship in 2024 because I'd given everything and there was nothing left. I know what it's like to run on empty, to feel profoundly isolated, to wonder if you can sustain the pace. That experience taught me that many capable professionals reach a point where their current path no longer fits.
