Build a Business That Doesn't Burn You Out: A Holistic Approach to Entrepreneurial Success

I'm Annie Carbonneau, and I work with entrepreneurs who are tired of the hustle-crash cycle. If you've tried mindset work, productivity hacks, and "just push through" strategies only to end up exhausted, stuck, or sabotaging your own success—you're in the right place.

    The Problem Many Coaches Miss:

Your business challenges aren't just mental. They're physiological.

When your nervous system learned (often in childhood) that connection is unsafe, performance is conditional, or vulnerability equals danger, no amount of positive thinking will override those survival patterns. Your autonomic nervous system is older, faster, and more powerful than your conscious mind.

That's why I start with the body, not the mindset.

    My Three Core Beliefs

    1. The Holistic Approach Works Best Mental health, physical health, spiritual health, and relational health must align for sustainable success. You can't "mindset" your way past a dysregulated nervous system or a body running on empty.
    2. Body Before Mindset Many entrepreneurs are disconnected from their nervous system and emotions. If your body doesn't feel safe, your conscious mind's directives won't stick. I help your nervous system feel safe first, then we add mindset shifts to create lasting harmony between body and mind.
    3. Compassion as Foundation Everyone deserves love and support—but that doesn't mean accepting abuse. "Hurt people hurt people" is true, and healing happens through unconditional love and a non-judgmental approach. This creates space for genuine transformation and healthy integration into both personal and professional relationships.

Why I Combine Coaching with Teaching:

Coaching unlocks what's inside you. But not everyone has all the information needed to sustain that transformation.

That's why I offer optional teaching modules on topics like:

-Dream analysis using Jungian symbolism -How your nervous system creates defense mechanisms that sabotage relationships and business -Setting healthy boundaries -Balanced nutrition and physical wellness -Attachment styles and their impact on ALL relationships -Understanding real trauma and finding co-regulation support -Cultural, gender, and minority-based limiting beliefs -How physical health impacts business performance and mental clarity -Emotional expression and why "negative" emotions aren't the enemy

When you understand why change works, you're more likely to make it stick.

    My 8-Step Methodology:

My approach follows a deliberate sequence (not necessarily in this exact order):

-Co-create safety – You're in the driver's seat; I'm your co-pilot helping you unlock your abilities -Clarify values – Identify what truly matters in the life areas you want to improve -Regulate the nervous system – Help your body feel safe (the first step to eliminating limiting beliefs) -Identify support needs – Determine if you need additional professionals (therapist, nutritionist, etc.) -Remove limiting beliefs – Use reparenting and integration techniques to eliminate blocks at a visceral level -Leverage dream analysis – Your unconscious reveals what you need to address (optional but powerful) -Use synchronicity tools – Heart-mind coherence and quantum science-based methods -Apply NLP techniques – Rewire patterns to stop negative thought spirals

This process is intentionally slow. Quick fixes backfire. Sustainable transformation takes time.
